Homework #2 - Heart Rate and Circuit Training

HOMEWORK DUE: FEB 22

Today, you did circuit training with notes of your heart rate under 10-sec HR count. For homework, you will need to calculate beats per minute for each station and then determine whether you are under, within or above your target heart rate zone. Either click the link <--- or the tab "Heart Rate Chart and Info" above to find which percentage of heart rate zone you fall in each station. 50% and under is considered under, 50% to 85% is within and above 85% is considered above your target heart rate.

After this, do the chart below and make a bar or line graph to see how your heart rate fluctate in different stations from the start to the end of circuit training. The questions under the chart are not required in this homework but feel free to go through for yourself. When this is completed, we will go through another student-teacher conference to discuss your progress in circuit training. Questions during the conference will be asked, such as "What is your analysis of your circuit training result?", "Does your result show how hard you worked and how so?", and  "Do you feel you worked hard during circuit training? Why? Why not?"
